These terms apply to this website (hilalgani.com) and to the services of Hilal Gani Consulting FZ-LLC, RAKEZ Free Zone, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the website or our services you agree to them. If you are a client with a signed proposal or agreement, that agreement wins where it says something different.
1. What we offer
Sales and customer service training, agency audits and recruitment, and AI agents and content services — for example an AI assistant on Telegram that helps with posts, reels, a customer list (CRM) and scheduling. The exact scope, price and timing of each piece of work are agreed with you in writing before we start.
2. Using this website
You may read and share this website for normal purposes. Please do not misuse it — for example by trying to break in, overload it, or send spam through the contact form. The content on this website is for general information and is not professional advice for your situation.
3. Connected accounts
Some services need access to your accounts — for example Google Drive and Calendar, Instagram, Threads or TikTok. We connect them only with your permission, through each platform’s own sign-in, and use them only for the work you asked for. You can remove our access at any time (see our Privacy Policy). You remain responsible for your accounts and for following each platform’s own rules.
4. Your approval
We prepare drafts. Nothing is posted, published or sent in your name until you approve it. Once you approve a piece of content, you are responsible for it being published as approved.
5. Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you give us — footage, photos, music, text, brand material and customer details.
- You confirm you have the right to use what you give us, including the permission of people who appear in it and the rights to any music.
- You allow us to use it only to do the work for you.
- Unless agreed otherwise, the finished content we make for you is yours to use once it is paid for. We will not use your content in our own marketing without your permission.
6. AI-made content
Our services use AI tools. AI can make mistakes — wrong facts, odd wording, imperfect pictures. That is why you approve everything before it goes out. Please check drafts carefully; we are not responsible for errors in content you approved.
7. Fees
Fees, payment terms and what is included are set out in your proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, the cost of outside services used for your work (for example AI or platform fees) is included as stated in that proposal.
8. Things outside our control
Our services rely on other companies — Google, Meta (Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Telegram, AI providers and our hosting provider. If one of them changes its rules, has an outage or refuses a post, we will tell you and help, but we cannot guarantee their availability.
9. Limits of our responsibility
We do our work with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost business), and our total responsibility for any piece of work is limited to the fees you paid us for that work. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending the service
You can stop a service by writing to us, subject to any notice period in your agreement. We can stop a service if these terms are seriously broken. When a service ends we disconnect your accounts and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. We will always try to solve a disagreement by talking first.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
